[visionlist] Postdoc position in sensory augmentation: Learning speech through the sense of touch

I have an opening for a postdoctoral fellow, starting immediately, to participate in a research project aiming to use fMRI and EEG to optimize how speech can be learned through the sense of touch (for our ongoing work in this area, see http://ift.tt/2urX0To

Georgetown University has a vibrant neuroscience community with over fifty labs participating in the Interdisciplinary Program in Neuroscience, and interactions with other institutions such as NIH nearby. Georgetown’s campus is located at the edge of Washington, DC, making for attractive living options.
